The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are well-appointed and well stocked. The bathrooms are decent-sized.

The views of the ocean were magnificent. the double room was recently refurbished and included convenient amenities like tea and coffee making facilities, a dining area, and a sitting area. - Check-in was easy, and we enjoyed the pool bar. - We had a perfect 10/10 stay for 14 nights with nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at a wonderful adults-only resort in Mexico. The resort was never crowded, even at full capacity, and the privilege rooms gave us access to a fantastic restaurant. The beach was the best I've seen in Quintana Roo, with turquoise water and no sargasso. The location was perfect, with a beautiful bay and soft sand for beach volleyball.

The hotel was a wonderful base for enjoying a lovely area, very close to tropical rainforest inhabited by coatis, squirrels, and birds. My double room was absolutely perfect on the upper floors. The location was stunning, relatively near Chikin Ha. I ate at the beachside restaurant near the property.

The hotel is in an amazing location with lovely ocean views. The air conditioned room and extremely comfy beds provide a great stay. The pool is very clean and refreshing. The breakfast served in the restaurant is good and outstanding to start the day. a great property to choose in Xpu Ha.

Natural Setting: This place is just a short walk from a well-kept jungle where you can spot friendly animals. The beach nearby is beautiful and offers a peaceful and calm environment, far away from the hustle and bustle of Playa del Carmen 🌿.

I spent 4 nights here and enjoyed that. The property was lovely with kind staff from the housekeepers. Also, location was great and stunning, not too far from Cenote Azul. The rooms were perfect and impressive, especially those with snacks and beers, as example. The pool was well-maintained and I had mixed drinks in the outdoor bar.

Overall it is a lovely hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the location was favourable in many activities during the day.

I had an amazing stay! The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely terrace. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fantastic spa and gym. The beach was stunning, with beautiful sunsets and opportunities to take long walks. The staff was incredibly kind and polite, making my experience even better.

The location of the resort is great for beach lovers. It is easy to find chairs by the beach, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the sun. The beach itself is beautiful, with a band of little fish that follow you around as you swim in the crystal-clear waters. Additionally, the staff is always willing to help with any questions about the resort or the surrounding area.

The food options at the resort fell short of expectations. The room service menu was limited and the quality of the a la carte restaurants was not up to par.

Great for couples. Everything we needed was available: a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a dining area. Very boutique hotel. Really close to the downtown, a 5 minutes' walk. Dolphinaris Barcelo is just a short distance away.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The food options were varied and delicious. The beach was beautiful. The WiFi was fast, which was a plus for a business traveler. The resort provided great value for the money.
